Life can have both unexpected and expected challenges. It is important for you to be able to find an individual with whom you connect, and can assist you on your journey. I often like to think everyone is the author of their own story. Depending upon your previous and current experiences, your outlook may vary on what is in your control and what is not. I am here to tell you that you can change the narrative in your story for your next chapter to feel rewarding and for it to be different.
I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), but I am focused on implementing an integrative approach, as therapy is not, a one size fits all. I have been granted the opportunity to assist various individuals from adolescents to older adult populations. I have experience with trauma, co-occurring disorders, anxiety, panic, depression, ODD, ADHD, and more.
I was drawn to the counseling profession through my ambition to help others and the desire to understand the emotional and mental processes for healing. I enjoy working with children and adults alike. My mission is to walk alongside clients as they face life's obstacles and genuinely make a difference, aiding them in finding balance for both themselves and within relationships. I strive to offer a non-judgmental safe space for all clients.
I accept Medicaid, BCBS, and self-pay clients.
