We all go through hard times. Loss, struggle, and uncertainty are a part of life. Having someone by your side to help you make sense of things when life feels chaotic and overwhelming can make the pressures of life bearable. As a licensed counselor, I believe I have the tools and experience to assist you in taking control over the things weighing you down. You don’t need someone to give you the answers or solve your problems. You already know the way. You might just need someone to help guide, encourage, and support you in your journey to overall wellbeing and satisfaction. You deserve to lead a happy and fulfilled life, and you deserve the time, care, and attention that our therapeutic relationship will provide.
My therapeutic approach puts our relationship first. I will spend time getting to know you as an individual and taking the time to cultivate a treatment approach that meets your specific needs. In general, I employ techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Counseling, and play therapy, among others.
I graduated in May 2020 with my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am a Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (PLMHP) and a National Certified Counselor (NCC). I have worked in school, inpatient, and outpatient settings with children, adolescents, and adults of all ages and abilities. I enjoy working with behavioral and emotional concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, suicidal thoughts, self-harm, and much more.
I am honored that you would consider allowing me to join you on your journey and excited about what the future has in store for you.
I accept Nebraska Medicaid and BCBS
